Tesa Hotel by ASSA ABLOY PMS Router, supports keycard and pincode. In order for the pin codes to work at the doors you need an online system (doors must be connected). Tesa will distribute the pin codes to its locks. Tesa supports guest pin codes to work at the guest door with its standart license. For the pin codes to work at common doors an additional license may be required. Please refer to your Tesa AssaAbloy representative for licensing and interface support.

Tesa newer SOAP integration adds keycards, pincodes and remote control over its access points. The Soap API runs on the Tesa Server along with the Tesa web interface. The tesa soap api can be used to create keycards with their ip encoders, issue pin codes (tesa generated or your own pin). In addition it lets you control almost the entirety of their system through this soap interface including remotely unlocking doors and locks, fetching battery status and radio signal strength.

Key creation events with a flow to create pin codes on request; codes are stored back in Sihot and readable by the pms user or api. A full PMS Integration for reservation data exchange is planned.

Wide system integration keeping reservations, services and profiles in sync, with device integration for keycard and pincode creation. We use the Mews operations through their rest interface to pull and update reservations, guest profiles, availabilities and much more. In addition we are listed in their market place with our own keycard integration for their device control api with which lets us receive near real time request for keycard creation. Which is then used to create keycards or pin codes an send back this information through the Mews Rest API. This lets us achieve a vast integration coverage.

Keeps reservations and profiles in sync, and pushes credit card terminal payments to HS3.

Opera PMS integration with Oracle's hospitality integration platform.

We have worked with protel.io for years and have been early adopters to their protel.io interface. Protel-io speaks one async channel in both roles: we request a data exchange over it, and the same channel delivers events back to a pre-registered endpoint. The interface is fully tested and live but needs to be ported from our on premise installation to our cloud platform.

Keycard integration through HT24 protocol. Standard integration only.

Integration to AssaAbloy VingCard, Visionline, Vostio. AssaAbloy provides different lines of locking systems with different interfaces. We support most if not all of their interfaces. Please reference your setup to understand which interface needs to be configured.

Ibelsa implemented the Access-Control Api of our the hotelplatform. That means that the Ibelsa pms is capabale of issuing keys for any locking system we support. This works for keycards as well as pin codes.

Iloca Hotel PMS integrated with our AccessControl API to create keycars on encoders and specificaly for the smartbox (keycard dispenser as IOT device).

We have integrated the Omnitec "Rent&Pass" Rest API as well as Omnitecs Guest Interface "GuestIFC". The Rent&Pass integration lets us create and distribute pin codes, remotely open locks or update their status and behaviours. The GuestIFC is a local TCP socket interface which we can bridge with out secure endpoint to encode keycards on the remote systems keycard encode. Both interfaces can be enabled on one setup to get the best of both Omnitec interfaces.

We are currently porting our Haefele integration to the AccessControl API. Once your ready, we will be ready too. Please use a Häfele IP encoder.

We have integrated Apaleo in our previous work for a self-check-in systems. Working with Apaleos OpenApi is something we have enjoyed since it gives us great freedom with our integration work. If you are looking to integrate with a vendor working with our APIs and need an Apaleo integration, we will gladly assist you.

Burgwächter Hotel integration was integrated in a previous version. If you need support for the newer Burgwächter integration, it can be integrated.

We have integrated and worked with Hotek and their classic interface. The newer hotek systems use the same integration interface with new software. Tested with Hotek usb encoder over a lan bridge. This integration can be provided with our AccessControl API upon request.
