Protel Air and Protel on premise
We have worked with protel.io for years and have been early adopters to their protel.io interface. Protel-io speaks one async channel in both roles: we request a data exchange over it, and the same channel delivers events back to a pre-registered endpoint. The interface is fully tested and live but needs to be ported from our on premise installation to our cloud platform.

How it connects
- protel.io REST / asyncWe ask, the system answers. Nothing arrives on its own — however many directions the data travels, this is a pull.Used to request a data exchange.Request / response
- protel.io event deliveryThe system pushes to us as things happen, so changes arrive without being asked for.The same async channel delivers events to an endpoint registered up front — so the REST interface is not the whole story.Webhook
