For more than 10 years we are developing integrations for the hospitality industry. Our team has built integrations for small and large Hotel Property Systems "PMS", about all major locking system vendors and have worked with many credit card terminals and payment system providers.

Over the years we have mastered combining them all in our landscape so we could use it in the best way possible.

Originally these integrations were all made for one specific use case. On top of our original use case, building self-check-in systems for hotels, we came across new automation requirements. Automating processes which were not part of the initial use case were hard and time consuming.

So we needed a new approach.

We designed an event driven, API first system which could be used by any application. Completely separating integrations from operations.

The result is a modular system which can be used to create a whole set of new features and automations. Everything is built the way we wished we had when we built our first application for our hotel customer.

It has a strict data structure, strong documented API with an event system aligned with the data structure.

All the different modules we have been working in the past now become available under one dedicated platform for hotel integrations and automations. It has become HotelPlatform.io
